DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Introducing effective staffing strategies to attract best professionals to the company.
Implementing on boarding process for newly recruited employees in order integrate them to the organization and its culture.
Conducting off boarding process through exit interviews in order to minimize the turnover rate.
Responsible for maintaining an advance work structure by continuous updating of job description for all position.
Maintaining and implementing human resources policies, procedures and reporting according to the legal requirements.
Maintaining effective grievances handling procedures by counselling employees in order to keep good employee relations within the organization.
Developing and implementing performance management system that aligns with the organizational vision to make efficient work force.
Responsible for providing performance review results to assist and guide managers to improve weak areas of employees.
Developing and re-structuring employee benefit programs when necessary.
Managing the payroll of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Training and development, Labour laws and legislation, Performance management, Health and Safety Management, Compensation and wage structure, Benefit administration
Individual with a special degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university/institute or any other relevant qualification.
Four years of experience in similar capacity.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
