Holds a Degree or full Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Maintain HR Processes including recruitments, evaluations, performance monitoring and provide impetus to the HR development process.
Sustain strong relationships based on trust and respect with employees to resolve employee disputes, enhance employee engagement and administering disciplinary procedures.
Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment.
Conduct employee training and orientation, administer the benefits program, analyze compensation and other competitive data and prepare budgets, whilst reporting to the senior management regarding HR costs and activities.
Protect interests of the employees and organization in accordance with the organization's human resources policies and governmental laws & regulations.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling disputes, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Holds a Degree or full Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Having a MBA will be an added advantage.
Carry a minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of HR, out of which 03 years should be in managerial level.
Age below 55 years with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
