POSITION SUMMARY
Experience in sales, sales administration and preferable in building material industry, Degree/equivalent qualification would be added advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Coordination of Sales related functions with factories and with clients directly concerning company sales issues.
Be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers.
Responding and coordinating all internal meetings.
Coordinate with all distributor points for proper inventory control, planning and scheduling to meet sales forecast. Responsible to collect and record data that is used to help identify deviations to the production schedule.
Raising of invoices & maintain administration documents of the sales team.
Evaluating and monitoring of outstanding payments relating to sales operation.
Record the progress of all inquiries and translate into a monthly report, including the source of sales trends, competitor trends, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Sales Manager.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all paper-work.
Maintain clients and distributor database system.
Liaise with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Organization.
Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales, sales administration and preferable in building material industry.
Degree/equivalent qualification would be added advantage.
Self-motivated, excellent ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to diverse situations.
PC-based computing experience (word processing-Word, spreadsheet-Excel, email.) and SAP experience would be added advantage.
Possess a valid driving/riding license
Residing/Travelling close proximity to Ja-Ela Town
