Degree, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in food science or food technology specialized in food safety and quality management systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The job holder is responsible to conduct desk audit against company quality and food safety systems at all production centres, train all staff on the job in terms of QMS and FSMS, Monitor all customer/supplier complaints and update the matrix, provide required reports for management review, conduct root cause analysis for each non-conformities and enforce implementation of corrective action, monitor new product development process, conduct daily visits and submit observation report to QAM.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in food science or food technology specialized in food safety and quality management systems.
At least three years of post qualifying experience in food safety or quality management system implementation preferably in a tea export company or food processing industry.
Sound analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Strong inter-personnel skills with the ability to work independently.
