Establish and implement the policies, procedures, goals and objectives of the corporate sales division.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, sales plans and forecasts to achieve the corporate revenue objectives.
Direct, motivate and lead the sales team towards targets & performance goals and periodically evaluate the operational results thereon.
Oversee and evaluate customer trends, market opportunities & the competitive environment to prepare necessary guidance and action plans.
Maintain effective internal communication between sales, manufacturing, warehouse and other related divisions to ensure that all relevant functions are properly coordinated with the organizational objectives.
Maintain an effective relationship with external parties such as existing & potential customers from the private and government sectors on behalf of the company.
Represent the company and guide sales representatives in negotiations and tender procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in sales & marketing or professional qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling a large scale operation in sales and marketing in a similar capacity.
Strategic thinking, good leadership & strong analytical skills.
