DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Partnering with outsourcing company managers to determine staffing needs and updating the job calendar Advertising vacancies in relevant sources Screening resumes
Performing phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to outsource company managers
Coordinating interviews with the outsource company managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to
ensure staffing goals are achieved
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Female Candidates preferred
Relevant academic qualification in HRM
At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment is a must
Excellent command in Spoken and Written English/ Sinhala
Good computer literacy
Age 30 years and below
Experience in IT recruitment will be a definite added advantage
