Diploma/ professional qualification in secretarial work would be advantageous Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist Chairman in planning and organizing meetings according to his daily plan and set up appointments and meetings with all internal and external parties
Coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman's meetings and any other relevant meetings
Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman
Manage communication across all company stakeholders
Maintain and update relevant corporate documents in a timely manner
Produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
Follow up with the senior management on the tasks assigned by the Chairman
Provide administrative support in organizing and planning events
Prioritize emails and other correspondences for the Chairman
Organize and prepare travel itineraries for Senior Management and the Chairman

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision
