Degree/HND or equivalent qualification, Minimum 3-year experience in positions with similar duties in Call Insurance companies, Preferable candidates with call centre experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Maintaining a good knowledge of verification and collection procedures. Drafting manuals for collectors and verifications.
Monitoring calls (listening of conversations) and performance of departments on a regular basis to identify: Un - coincidence with internal policies and scripts.
Providing Feedback and results of monitoring to the CEO and Head of Departments (verification and collection).
Conducting training of verification and collection teams based on internal manuals and results of call listening.
Providing recommendations and contributing ideas on process and procedures improvement.
Contributing results of people assessment to motivation system of collectors verifiers.
