Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized institution, Minimum 2-3 Years experience in Assistant HR Manager Level in the apparel industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Identification of vacancies of all worker and staff categories based on the manpower plan, sourcing and arranging interviews of employees within the company's current recruitment policy.
Assisting with employee relations & organize employee-related event.
Ensure an effective grievance handling procedure in order to maintain humorous industrial relations within the organization by addressing employee level issues.
Monitor absenteeism and labour turnover to analyze the causes and provide recommendations.
Manage training initiative in the factory for all categories of employment-based on training need analysis.
Handling social compliance-related activities & Maintain and Update Compliance related documents.
Study of effective HR practices daily, weekly, monthly basis and act proactively to manage consistency of sound management practices.
Define and document the current HR process, identify non value-added activities and work with the HR team to make improvements.
