Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and product training programs for sales team, distributors and sales promoter.
Produce training strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
Liaise with relevant functional /departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements.
To analyze post-training evaluation and identify training needs from time-to-time.
Provide training within another area whenever necessary.
Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external providers).
Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others.
Manage training budget.
Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with organizational requirements and statutory policies, including health and safety, legal stipulations, general duty of care and employment laws.
To train and develop direct sales and services team via assessing training needs, develop training methods and modules with assessments, discussions, role playing, team exercise and visual materials.
Able to conduct sales techniques training to enhance the selling skills and product awareness of sales force.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly report.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s) Tamil, English, Sinhala.
Preferable candidates with at least 2-5 years of working in Training & Development.
Solid experience in product training (mobile phone or IT related).
Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill.
Possess keen understanding of current training trends, develop and best practices.
