DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Be a point of contact on a daily basis and maintain progressive relationships with clients.
Keep clients informed of status/milestones.
Work closely with management, development team to validate project scope, identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Clearly communicate expectations, guide and motivate team members.
Participate in business and user requirement gathering.
Review and analyze business and user requirements.
Assist in interpreting complex requirements on mission-critical projects.
Be accountable for the accuracy of project work estimates.
Formulate options and assess their relative merits and risks, and work with respective stakeholders to determine the best solution.
Readily re-apply technical and business insights to new situations.
Analyse existing software systems and procedures that need evaluation to identify deficiencies and make recommendations.

3 years of project management in a software development company.
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business equivalent.
Solid understanding of software services, processes, measures and related capabilities.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and evaluate solutions.
Excellent communication skills, very strong spoken and written command of the English language.
Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and work long hours when necessary, accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions, and meet deadlines.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build close working relationships, interact with team members to find collaborative, team-driven solutions to problems.
