Full or part qualification in marketing related professional qualification or a degree (CIM, SLIM etc.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Engage in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness in the target market
Take responsibility to wholesale all line products to the travel agent market
Generate sales leads and visit clients to acquire new accounts, promote service and build mutual relationships with suppliers
Prepare weekly sales plans and sales reports to the Head of Sales
Undertake and perform non sales functions to enhance value added services and smootherfunctioning of the division
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Full or part qualification in marketing related professional qualification or a degree (CIM, SLIM etc.)
A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales and marketing job role (Preference will be given to candidates with airline/outbound travel industry related experience)
Computer literacy and Internet Savviness
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
Proven track record of sales performance
IATA certified professional qualification on airline ticketing and reservations will be an added advantage but is not mandatory
