Assistant General Manager & Chef (Western Cuisine)
Be able to prepare all sorts of western cuisine
Menu planning
Must have a record work experience in hotels or restaurants (western cuisine and other cuisines is an added advantage)
Be innovative, with excellent verbal & written communications skills (English & Sinhala)
Excellent presentation skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry in a Managerial position (Candidates who have no experience in Ayurveda Hotel can also apply)
Possess a degree in hospitality management from a reputed university or institute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (fluency in German and other languages is an added advantage)
Must be computer literate and excellent command in MS Office package
