You should be full/part qualified in Human Resource Management or hold equivalent Diploma in Business Management from a recognized institute.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The key job role will be on Training & Development related functionalities which include coordinating and following up in-house training programs, scheduling & coordinating inductions for new recruits and factory exposure visits.
You should maintain up-to-date Training Passports of all employees & other training related documentation. Preparing reports together with different cross functional teams whilst maintaining a strong and cordial relationship with both internal & external parties is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
You should be full/part qualified in Human Resource Management or hold equivalent Diploma in Business Management from a recognized institute.
You should be IT literate, especially in MS Excel, possess task prioritization and time management capabilities, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and should be able to deal with multi -disciplinary internal and external teams. You should also be an excellent team player.
