A bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, 3+ years of experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Provide level 2 technical support. Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Setup, support, maintain the infrastructure and tooling, related to CI/ CD.
Setup and maintain automatic deployment of staging and testing environments for employees and stakeholders. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Investigate and troubleshoot hardware/ software and networking issues and failures.
Conduct periodic system maintenance by uploading and patching. Develop documents, maintain installations, provisioning, security and configuration procedures.
Collaborate to define best practices and standards around DevOps and service resilience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent.
3+ years of experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in UNIX, Linux, Cloud, loT, Oracle/My SQL DB and scripting technologies.
Experience in bash/ Perl scripting, Linux, Unix administration.
Good understanding of micro services.
Experience working on cloud-based scalable architectures.
Experience working with automation, orchestration and
containerization tools such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD and related technologies
such as Jenkins, Docker etc.
Solid understanding in networking and security principals.
Solid experience in managing relational and non-relational database systems.
Hands on experience in Git repositories administration.
Hands on experience in system backup and restore.
Ability to work with different teams to debug and diagnose problems, threats.
Ability to acquire and apply new technical knowledge quickly. Experience working in agile environment is a plus. Good communication skills in English.
