DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Developing appropriate Human Resources Strategies that support the long term growth and transformation of the company.
Advising, guiding and supporting the Management and the staff in adopting best HR practices across the company and ensuring that policies, procedures and practices conform to current business and statutory requirements.
Prepare development plans for low performers, plan development activities, coordinate with department HODs, conduct development activities, monitor, evaluate and take follow up actions.
Implementation of the company corporate value measurement criteria and communication of same to all levels of staff members and evaluating of same annually. Prepare individual goals of department employees, divide in to tasks, KPIs, allocate marks, finalize the PMS forms
Plan, organize and communicate to the Management Team on biannual and annual PMS tasks such as self-appraisal submission dates, individual meeting dates and other schedules. Further ensure goal setting, bi-annual review and annual appraisal evaluations are carried out by line managers as per set guidelines.
Promote Performance-based remuneration by aligning KPI's and goals with annual PMS tasks.
Plan and organize Succession/ Career planning initiates to the core and critical functions of the organization by annual identifying and presenting to the Board the required changes.
Formulate the strategy and present to the senior management and management for inputs and present the same to the Committee for a recommendation, and Presenting the HR Strategy to the Board and get approval for implementation.
Identifying, developing, engaging, deploying and retaining talented employees. Submit Board papers and change Organization Structure and add new positions when required to retain committed staff members.
Processing of staff Loan applications, liaising with HR -Operational, HR - compensation and benefits, and monitoring and maintenance of Loan files.
Prepare annual budgets for HR operations.
Handle employee grievances, investigate, cross-check, evaluate and recommend solutions.
Analyse employee training needs, cross check with managers, prepare training budgets to prioritize and make an annual training plan.
Infuse a strong performance management culture that reinforces the organization's required behaviours.
Monitoring and facilitating the work functions allocated to department staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Equivalent Qualification in HR or a MBA from a recognized university or professional institute
08 years experience in HR Management and Administration and out of this minimum 03 years at Managerial level
