Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of 01 year of relevant post-qualification experience in a Sales Management function of a reputed FMCG MNC would be advantageous
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To provide administrative support to the Sales division by using exceptional business knowledge, stakeholder management, administrative abilities and personal judgment to execute primary responsibilities of this function.
Plan & Coordinate all sales led meetings/Trainings /Conferences and arrange Infrastructure to carry out meetings effectively.
Coordinate all Sales led Projects and maintain track records of each project's progress.
Compile and Track all field/Office (sales) managers' weekly/Monthly tour plans and publish same Weekly/Monthly to Sales Head.
Independently compose department communications (Sales/Field Managers)
Maintain team and distributors Data file for Communication purposes.
Prepare and integrate documents, presentations and prepare communications to Sales Force.
Prepare and present annual overhead budget with the required data reports to suit the budget requirements of the Plan year.
Monitor monthly sales related expenses with finance and update actual data to match with Finance records and report variances to Sales Management on a monthly basis.
Identify overspending and communicate the areas to the relevant stakeholders of sales management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 01 year of relevant post-qualification experience in a Sales Management function of a reputed FMCG MNC would be advantageous
Proficient with MS Office, Live Meeting, Outlook
Knowledge on SAP- ERP system
Strong organizational skills with focus on details and follow through.
