DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics Create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations Develop HR Accounting function and initiate improvable measures Work closely with HRIS and service providers
improve where applicable Develop succession planning and employee growth planning Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in overall HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Graduated with a degree from a recognized University in Management, Maths, Analytics or a relevant field; MBA is Preferable
An ideal minimum of around 5 years overall human resources management experience
The ability to make use of information technology for HR management, knowledge on HRIS and ability
to work in advance MS Excel
Excellent analytical and presentation skills - Hands on experience in the field of HR analytics Good research abilities Experience in report writing
A polished and natural communication skillset both on the phone and in-person with a high level of attention to detail. Fluency in English
