DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Create awareness to customers about the benefits of using Internet Banking & Mobile Banking services.
Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create/grow the customer base.
Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right channel for effective resolution.

Minimum 05 credit passes at G.C.E Ordinary Level including English and Mathematics and 03 passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with written and oral communication skills.
