DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have a degree/diploma in HRM with a minimum of 5 years' Managerial level experience at a recognized establishment.
Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws & must be familiar with the all modern HR strategies & administration procedures.
Knowledge and skills in Recruitment, Training & development procedures, Salaries & wages administration,
Performance appraisal systems & disciplinary procedures.
Set the strategic direction for the HR team based on an understanding of company overall strategy.
Maintain a proactive, efficient and motivated attitude when executing all processes.
The candidate should possess a strong personality, and be able to work long hours under stress.
Knowledge of FSSC 22000 & HACCP Food Safety and Quality Control Procedures is an added advantage
Excellent English (Spoken and written) & Computer literacy especially MS Office packages is a must. 4- An ability to anticipate problems & address them proactively in a team.
Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills & ability to establish good working relationships & relate
well to workers, professional staff and management.
A good team player with flexibility & adaptability to work in a different environment.
