Bachelor\'s degree or any relevant professional qualification, Computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
• Preparing accurate forecasts for the hotel based on market segment.
• Actively participate in the production of hotel's annual budgets and sales and marketing plan.
• Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy on all distribution channels including Branded Web, 3rd Party Sites (OTAs), Customer Contact Centers (CCC), and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) if any.
• Ensure available technology (PMS & RMS) is fully utilized and understood according to property specific business mix and requirement.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team in devising marketing campaigns to ensure that the hotel reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right place.
• Assist in Property Management System Conversions.
• Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
• To develop strong working relationships with all customers in order to maximize sales opportunities and generate business for the future.
• Compliance to standards for Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segment set up, inventory classification, block set up.
• To evaluate sales performance and products on a regular basis in order to recognize challenges for the future.
• Bachelor's degree or any relevant professional qualification.
• Computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
• 2 year of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills, result oriented & self-motivated personality with strong communication skills.
