DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop assets sales strategies for the products and execute the same
Regularly monitor assets products sales and its productivity performance
Coordinate and conduct the entrepreneurship programmes to identify the business opportunities through the capacity building
Coordinate with government institutions / relevant authorities for collaboration activities and identify the business opportunities.
Maintain relationship with the Assets and Liability heads to achieve the bank level Goals and objectives.
Identify training and development needs for field advances sales force & make recommendations to Regional manager for implementation of relevant training programs
Ensure compliance with the both regulatory and SDB policies and ensure all KYC requirements are met
Frequently review Bank level assets products performances ensuring all activities are properly recorded and reported for analysis and review by management
Evaluate the market environment and provide feedback and proposals to marketing for product development
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A degree from local or foreign recognized university in an appropriate discipline or any other professional qualification relevant to the filed
Minimum of 4 years experience in the field of Banking & Finance and/or marketing
Negotiation skills, Computer literacy and writing skills in both Sinhala and English are essential Passion to drive the business
