QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience
Relevant culinary qualifications (Eastern & Western cuisine)
Restaurant & Buffet Management
Previous experience with control food and labour cost, demonstration cooking, menu development, and pricing and development of culinary team preferred.
Ability to work early morning or evening shifts
Have a solid track record of developing and implementing cost control measures
Possess a solid background of training both culinary and service personnel, while delivering a quality consistent product.
