Passed finalized /Part qualified in CIMA / ACCA / CA/CMA or similar professional qualification, e Minimum 03 years work experience in similar capacity in FMCG.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare weekly management reports (Usage Variance, Machinery Downtime, etc) which will enable effective and complete management review.
Ensure a 'continuous improvement' culture within the company with regard to financial controls and procedures while driving cost-saving initiatives in the factory and reduce wastage.
Closely monitor pricing and margins.
Ensure all product costing are accurately maintained and ensure the process is in place to make accurate estimates.
Pre & Post Costing and assist in the budgeting process.
Review Inventory control and prepare monthly inventory reconciliations based on physical counts
Remain within annual operating budgets and achieve cost-effectiveness savings where possible.
Monitor factory overheads and develop absorption rates.
Monthly reporting and providing timely MIS.
Work with finance and operation teams to design and implement best practices.
Monitor factory wages and overtime.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passed finalized /Part qualified in CIMA / ACCA / CA/CMA or similar professional qualification, e Minimum 03 years work experience in similar capacity in FMCG.
Previous exposure and having worked with an ERP platform will be a definite advantage.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of staff and management.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to present weekly reports in the weekly operational meeting.
