DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Efficiently manage the functions of the Director's Office, including travel, banking and document management
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments for the Director and complete necessary follow ups Accurately record minutes from meetings Manage communications between the Director's Office and relevant stakeholders Open, sort and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
Research data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Maintain confidentiality of information Provide general administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma from a recognized university. Professional qualification related to Administration or Secretarial work would be an added advantage
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
