Diploma / Degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Animal Science, Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualifying Experience in Food or Feed manufacturing environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Implement the Quality Management System, HACCP and Pre Request Programs.
Internal Auditing and closing all non-conformity in a timely manner.
Comprehensive report preparation in Root Cause Analysis and Incident Report.
Manage the Pest Management Program effectively
Ensure all factory staff are complying with GMP and Cargill Quality Standards.
Maintain quality standards on incoming materials, in-process products and finished products by online inspection and documentation
Verify weights/measures of the finished product during manufacturing per established specifications
Verify line settings (operations/packaging) of equipment per established specifications
Secure samples from the finished product for lab testing per established sampling protocols
Perform finished product hold evaluations/dispositions per direction from supervisor
Ensure all factory staff are complying with GMP/GLP and Cargill Quality Standards
