Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, and Credit Management would be an added advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Build the team, Motivate, retain and achieve the Company Objectives. *> Overall responsibility of the Region, inclusive of overlooking the performance in leasing, Loans, Fixed Deposits, Savings & General Administration.
Responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of Credit and Recovery Management in the Region.
Assess Regional level market conditions and identify current & prospective sales & marketing opportunities.
Overlook all marketing, sales promotions and operational activities of the region, including customer service levels at branches.
Efficiently manage available resources to attain the profitability levels set for a period
Timely communicating information to ensure the smooth functioning of the Regional Branches
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of 07 - 08 years in the Banking or Finance Sector as a manager of a branch/ Region with results driven and customer focus attitude.
Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, and Credit Management would be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach and be committed to increasing branch profitability by accomplishing sales targets (KPIs)
Thorough understanding on rules and regulations governing the business operations in the Banking & Finance Industry.
The person we have in mind should be less than 45 years of age with excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and computer skills.
