Bachelor's Degree or higher (Qualification in Management/Marketing/Business Administration Preferred)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Identifying, bringing in and following up new business opportunities.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature and business plans.
Having a complete understanding of Orel Classroom products or services.
Meeting with prospective clients/customers and promote products and services. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers/clients.
Planning and implementing operations and operational structures to develop and improve the business.
Liaising with different departments (finance, warehousing, logistics, etc.) as required.
Understanding new market requirements and working alongside the R&D for developments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or higher (Qualification in Management/Marketing/Business Administration Preferred)
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Efficient and effective communication and relational skills and the ability to maintain a good rapport with stakeholders.
Good organizational skills including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
