A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field, Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Managing the department in areas such as agents, reconciliation, sales, third party (Banks and other financial entities), customer care and any other relevant tasks and responsibilities.
Identify new business opportunities including growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
Working strategically to carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes, ensuring that goals/targets are been met.
Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to educate customers, internal employees and clients with regards to the same.
Plan sales campaigns, carry out sales forecasts and analysis in order to meet set targets.
Plan and execute promotional strategies by liaising with the marketing department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Strong communicational skills, especially being fluent in English.
Ability to work under pressure at a result driven environment.
