Professional qualification in secretarial practices from a recognized institution, Prior experience in the healthcare sector would be an added advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
A candidate who should have the ability to coordinate and arrange meetings, taking meeting minutes and attend to all correspondence and taking prompt to follow up action.
She should be able to liaise with other sister companies of the group & to be able to coordinate with the various external organizations in a dynamic business environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality and upholding trust.
Should be able to work extended hours and under pressure as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Age between 35 - 45 years.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent communication/presentation skills in English & Sinhala (oral and written). Proficiency in other languages will be a distinct advantage.
High standards of computer literacy in office management fields.
