DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and maintain the Annual! HR calendar, coordinate activities, and ensure critical timelines are captured and conflicts are anticipated / avoided.
Write and manage communications including preparation of e-mails, memos, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
Identify training needs and executing them as per the training plan.
Have experience in resolving complex employee relations matters, ensure personnel files are in good order, arranging recruits, transfers etc.
Manage the recruitment process by following the relevant procedure.
Prepare reports and presentations on company HR climate by gathering and analysing relevant data.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all the layers of staff at the organisation.
Full / part qualification in HR management or similar from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.
Preferable 01 year expereince in similar capacity.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
Need to be a friendly character.
Written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
School leavers with good education qualifications are encouraged to apply.
