Professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM or equivalent), A BSc degree in Biology/Chemistry stream or equivalent
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets whilst guiding and administrating a team of product executives/Managers
Conduct and evaluate market research and competitor/customer analysis
Identification and optimization of new business opportunities for the assigned business segments
Extensively visit the assigned markets to understand the requirements of the customers and support the sales team to achieve their targets
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with at least two years of Managerial experience
Professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM or equivalent)
A BSc degree in Biology/Chemistry stream or equivalent
Proven sales and marketing track record with excellent negotiation and communication skills
