5 years experience in a Bank/Financial institution with a minimum of 3 years experience in sales with exposure to marketing or relationship management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Work towards established targets, monitoring actual performance and taking remedial action
Act as an intermediary between the clients and important support service points of the bank i.e. Trade Services. Treasury,Branches, Central Operations, settlements etc. to provide a superior service.
Improve on customer service ratings assigned by mystery customers and internally
Establish mechanisms to ensure compliance and ensuring there are no adverse comments from internal audits, external audits and audits done by regulatory bodies.
Improve up-selling and cross selling strategies
Outgoing personality with high levels of inter-personal & multi- skills
Exposure to Relationship Management, Sales and Service.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge in computer and office packages
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience in a Bank/Financial institution with a minimum of 3 years experience in sales with exposure to marketing or relationship management
part qualification in Banking (Completion of Certificate level of Banking Examination - CBF) or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (completion of the 2nd stage - At least up to Operational level for CIMA) or completion of 2 years of a 3 years Degree Program from a recognized University
