Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages, Capability of speaking in Tamil will be an added advantage, Good computer skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Call Centre Officers (Female)
Managing inbound calls in timely manner by ensuring all the voicemails are answered immediately
Generating outbound welcome and revival calls
Resolving customer inquiries by clarifying issues, implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems to the relevant party to make sure customer receives real solution
Making recommendations for products that may better suit customer needs
Follow up customer calls and call back for SMS
Maintaining in bound inquiry data base for all inbound calls by entering information.
Redirect customers to appropriate departments and branches when necessary
Advising and following up with customers on claim rejections and policy revivals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be below the age of 30
2 years of previous experience as a Call Center Officer
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages
