Accountable for the overall management of the branch including the achievement of profitability targets by ensuring net flow of funds of the respective branch is positive.
Develop and establish strong relationships with existing customers, develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, meet or exceed the customer satisfaction, and ensure the customer interfacing staff of the branch is providing the maximum effort to satisfy the customers' needs and wants.
Accountable and responsible for the quality of the lending portfolio and ensure adheres to overall regulatory, compliance and operational policies of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree from a recognized University and full/part Qualification in Banking, Marketing, Credit Management or equivalent with more than 4 years' experience in the financial sector as a Branch Manager.
G C E (A/L) Examination and Full/Part Qualification in Banking, Marketing/Credit Management or equivalent with more than 7 years experience in the financial sector as a Branch Manager.
Should be a team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good Relationship Management and Public Relations skills
