Degree in HRM/ Business Management or Equivalentprofessionalqualification
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Act as the HR contact point in the assigned business clusters within the group developing a strong business relationship with employees, Business & HR
Manage the recruitment process when a need arises, responsible in employer branding/sourcing strategies/ shortlisting/Interviewing to ensure faster and efficient recruitments
Overlook the smooth functioning of HRIS by carrying out weekly audits,attendingtodailyqueries in order to ensure employee information is accurate
Be the Strategic Business Unit and support HR-KPI's/ PMS goals & evaluation process and training Plans
Ensure identified training needs of staff in the assigned clusters are addressed by working closely with LSD unit
Responsible in assisting JD preparations/structure planning
involve in grievance handling/attendance/leave/resignations/exit interviews etc.
improve work relationships and employee engagement by being the driving force of welfare. employee health & wellbeing and other group activities
Prepare reports and presentations on company/cluster HR climate by gathering and analyzing relevant data to support management on decision making
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in HRM/ Business Management or Equivalentprofessionalqualification
Minimum of 3- 5 years experience insimilarcapacityatagroup level
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
