Experience in a customer service or call centre environment preferred but not required Must be computer literate (Microsoft windows environment, excel, word)
Coordinate with customer and our response officers in a case on an emergency Provide excellent customer service to our customers Collect information from our customers to update their accounts
Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the proper handling of each alarm This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS
