DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
HR Executive - HR Shared Services
AskHR case and query management.
HR systems administration.
Workday systems support, interface management and system upgrades.
Maintaining Workday user guides and sops.
Running weekly data cleansing reports and monthly JML (Joiners/Movers/Leavers) reconciliation.
New joiner on-boarding including creating and issuing offers and contracts, completing background screening, creating new positions, hiring new workers in Workday and requesting IT access.
Ordering, monitoring, and processing background screening for all global locations with scope.
Processing lifecycle changes including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews, and bounty payments.
Providing references for current and former employees.
Running FTC expiry report from Workday and following up with Managers and Resourcing Consultants for extension of the end of contract confirmations.
Leaver processing including calculation of leaves, preparation of leaver letters, terminating workers on Workday and requesting IT to terminate access to systems.
Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure joiners, changes, and leavers are processed in-line with payroll deadlines.
Processing purchase orders and invoices for payment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in delivering customer-centric service.
Prior experience in Workday is highly desirable.
It is mandatory to have experience in HR systems/platforms.
Strong skills in running HR reports from HR platforms.
Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Knowledge in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and Project).
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Great attention to detail and well organised.
Ability to multi-task and rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
