DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for developing an effective marketing strategy across the company.
Providing leadership in developing and managing marketing tools for lead generation.
Build an effective lead generation Network along with retention strategies.
Develop and manage the corporate website with due guidance to the Digital Marketing Team.
Identifying market segments and catering to customer needs through the accurate protocol.
Focus on branding initiatives and brand awareness from time to time through effective marketing strategies.
Timely advice to senior management on the need for branding and suggesting brand management mechanisms.
Due Guidance on day to day operations to Marketing specialists engaged in different segments.
Drive the marketing team to achieve targets for each intake.
Carrying out competitor analysis/benchmarking exercises, to ensure the company's marketing strategy is competing effectively.
Ensure that the brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities across the company.
Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
