DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains and organize staff by establishing recruiting, testing and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes.
Manage basic discipline and employee relations
Maintain a strong relationship, based on trust & respect with employees, to resolve employee relations issues and enhance employee engagement
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, out of which 2 years should be in Executive grades.
Be an individual below 35 years of age, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
