We are looking for a Assistant Manager Human Resources
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Human Resources Management or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from recognized University or from the Charted Institute of Personnel Management or Human Resource Management Institute with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position or at Assistant Managerial level in a recognized mercantile establishment preferably in the Non-Banking Financial Industry.
Should have hands on experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management inclusive of talent sourcing, performance management, training and development, industrial relations and driving employee engagement activities with a good understanding of the end to end HR processes and applicable systems, procedures. Should be able to manage disciplinary issues and grievance handling.
