Have an Academic or Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognize institution.
Possess a minimum of 01-02 years' experience in a similar capacity, in a recognized entity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Working closely with various Departments, Branches in a consultancy role, assisting Line Managers in understanding, implementing and complying with the policies and procedures.
Recruiting staff, which involves developing person specifications and job descriptions, preparing job adverts, scrutinizing application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting appropriate talent.
