QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passionate about building a career in IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting
Excellent troubleshooting skills and whiling to learn new technologies
Have a positive, can do attitude, and good decision-making skills
Should be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
Good Communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
Certified in computer hardware/networking or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Exams (MCTS and above) would be added advantage
Minimum 2 — 3 Years' Experience in working in a similar role is required.
