Degree in HRM or Management from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized institute
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
General HR
Assist HR Manager to develop various recruitment strategies/mechanisms to attract the right talent for the company
Assist in coordinating inquiries and conduct as applicable and communicating disciplinary decisions of the management to employees
Ensure the exit interview process is handled accurately and information with regards to resignations are monitored -Responsible for the execution of the employees' recognition & reward strategy of the organization Responsible for coordinating the Employee welfare activities within the organization
Ensure employee engagement activities take place on a frequent basis and necessary activities are conducted to keep the workforce engaged and motivated.
Learning & Development
Preparation of the annual training & development budget for the organization
Identifying the training needs and developing the annual training plan for the organization and execution of the same
Supporting the Talent Development function of the organization by being responsible for the execution of Talent Development initiatives of the organization
Monthly reporting to the management on the L&D initiatives and any other details requested
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in HRM or Management from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized institute
4-5 years of experience in HR Management in a reputed organization, and in the capacity of Assistant Manager HR / Senior HR Executive with hands-on- experience in Learning and Development
Thorough knowledge & understanding on relevant HR verticals
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization Should be an exceptional team player with leadership skills
