DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Candidates for this position must be passionate about achieving goals, with strong leadership skills to motivate and develop productive relationships with their respective sales team and customers alike.
You are responsible for achieving set monthly and annual targets focusing on the sector's growth developing long-term customer relationships and consistently servicing all customers in a high-pressure environment, whilst managing budgets and deadlines. You will have the opportunity to improve and develop the sales team of the assigned sector in meeting challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in an FMCG company.
Experience in handling Key Accounts/Premium channels will be an added qualification.
Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
Age below 30 years
Should process valid driving licence
Good Communication skills (Must be fluent in English)
Previous working experience in similar capacity in the Wines and Spirits industry in the following areas will be a definite advantage. (Colombo Modern Trade, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, North East,)
Special skills on handling hotels, restaurants and modern trade in all areas will also be an added advantage.
