DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Greeting clients and assist them professionally as they require.
Answering, recording and transferring telephone calls
Provide basic information about the organization and products.
Making appointments and keep the clients and management informed.
Keeping the inquiry database up-to-date
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of six months experience Attractive communication skills
Experience in recording keeping and handling simple database Good telephone skills and manners Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Sound language skills in both English and Sinhala (Fluency in Tamil is a definite advantage) Proficiency in MS -Office, email and internet
