DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Plan and monitor the brand presence on social media (Facebook, Linkedln, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
Launch and optimize online advertisements through Google AdWords, Facebook etc.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating websites.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers and web/software developers to improve the user experience.
Write/review and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, etc.)
Acquire insight on online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Analyse and handle the required monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing, communication or related field.
1-2 years of experience in the Digital Marketing field, preferably, at a digital marketing agency.
Fluency in English is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with B2C and B2B social media, SEO, SEM and Email marketing campaigns.
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing.
Skills and experience in creative content writing would be an added advantage
Experience working with international brands would be an added advantage.
