QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Continuously updating the marketing strategy of the company in line with corporate objectives.
Set up revenue targets for the group/ each hotel annual business Plan for rooms, F&B and minor operating departments.
Participation in developing and reviewing rate structures, conditions applicable to various segments, and contracts with travel agents, based on market feedback and market conditions.
Conducting an effective competitor analysis.
Building and maintain a perfect rapport with travel agents & Tour operators.
Participation in trade shows, conventions and promotional events, within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations.
A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a deadline drove hospitality environment is an essential.
