Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management will be a definite advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ensure maximum external and internal customer satisfaction by maintaining global standards Responsible for leading restaurant level planning, financial management, stock handling, marketing activities and team management
Ensure all operational and managerial aspects are in place at the restaurant operation Manage and handle all the operations and restaurant team Interact effectively with support departments within the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management will be a definite advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed organization, experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) will be a definite advantage
The ideal candidate would be between the ages of 22 - 35
