Possess a Degree / Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer engineering
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible to ensure the operational support for the systems operate in the company Troubleshooting, identify and rectify the errors
Provide RCA for incidents and seek management direction on further actions to avoid system failures Responsible to maintain the system operation and support process and procedures Ensure the systems are up and running by maintaining 24X7 support service & roster implementation Responsible for situation management & relationship management with stakeholders Propose alternative technical solutions when required to ensure quality of software services.
Maintain monitoring tools and building dashboards to ensure the on time issue identification Maintain centralize information portal of applications, their integrations, contact information, etc.
Manage system upgrade and CR and patch releases
Provide necessary support in system development and deployments/ release Ensure the implementation of suitable security practices Setup DR sites and carry out period DR drills accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree / Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer engineering
Minimum 3-5 years'experience in designing and building software applications
Proficiency with Object Oriented Language like JAVA/PHP
Experience working on complex software projects
Knowledge of object oriented programs, SQL, web application development, security and open source technologies
